How We Work
We don’t send a list of properties and leave you to choose. A typical arrangement with us looks like this:
- A conversation. Dates, group size, location preference, and what actually matters to you in a stay.
- A shortlist, not a catalog. A small number of properties that genuinely fit — not everything that’s technically available.
- Booking and confirmation. We handle the arrangements directly with the property.
- On-the-ground support. If something comes up during your stay, you’re calling a person you already know, not a booking platform.

Four stars is our floor, not our ceiling. Whether it’s a two-night hotel stay or a season-long villa arrangement, the standard doesn’t change based on the length of the booking.

Can you help with long-term or extended stays?
Yes — we’ve arranged first-line villas in Tivat for stays of several months, with ongoing services like cleaning, a private chef, and car or boat arrangements handled as one plan rather than separate bookings.
What areas of Montenegro do you cover for accommodation?
We’re strongest in the Bay of Kotor and along the coastal strip — Tivat, Kotor, Porto Montenegro, Perast, and Budva — though we can arrange stays elsewhere in the country as needed.
Do you arrange fully serviced villas, or just the booking?
Both, depending on the property. Villa Geba, for example, comes fully serviced. For other private villas, we can arrange staff, a private chef, and daily services separately, built around what you need.
Do you offer childcare or babysitting services?
We don’t arrange this one directly — it’s a responsibility best handled by specialized, vetted providers rather than a general concierge service. We’re happy to point you toward the right resources.
Is there a minimum stay required when arranging a private villa?
No fixed minimum — we’ve arranged everything from a long weekend to several months in the same property, with the service adjusted to match.
