Frequently asked questions about travelling with Zeta Travel Montenegro

FAQ

Looking for something specific to MICE, weddings, accommodation, transfers, experiences, or yacht charters? Each of those pages has its own FAQ section built around that service. This page covers the general questions that come up regardless of what you’re booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer. It’s straightforward, secure, and the method we use for every booking.

What’s your cancellation policy?

The same back-to-back principle applies — cancellation terms depend on the specific hotels, venues, and services involved in your booking, since we’re bound by their individual policies. We’ll always be upfront about the exact terms before you confirm, so there are no surprises later.

What should I do if something goes wrong during my trip?

Call us. Whatever it is — a flight delay, a change of plan, an emergency — we’re there for our guests, and we’ll help however we can. See our Contact page for how to reach us, including outside office hours.

Do you charge a separate service or planning fee?

No hidden fees. Our planning and service work is built into the price of whatever you book with us — the price you see is the price you pay, with nothing added on top.

How does the deposit and payment schedule work?

It depends on what you’re booking. We work back-to-back with our suppliers — meaning the deposit and payment terms we ask from you mirror exactly what the hotel, venue, or service provider requires from us. The remaining balance is typically due before arrival, and any extras that come up during your trip can be settled afterward.

What currency do you work in?

Euro (€).

Do you work with travel agents or advisors?

Yes — we work with travel agents and advisors as trusted partners. Get in touch and we’ll walk you through how we work together.

What if what I need doesn’t fit into any of your listed services?

Ask anyway. Much of what we do doesn’t fit neatly into a single category — if it’s reasonable and within Montenegro or the wider Balkans, there’s a good chance we can arrange it.
